I'm home at last and to celebrate - and to relax -I went to the free day at the BBG. There were wisteria, lilacs, and cherries in bloom, each more beautiful than the last. It was rainy too, so there was no one there. :)
I liked escaping for a bit because i've been so busy - I interviewed with a temp agency and took a gardening job (gotta make money somehow!), and i'm trying to sell an apartment - but mostly i've been writing. I wrote a song about a sleep over - yes, a sleep over - for a show that Rob and a mutual friend, Allison, are doing with 2nd and 3rd graders. And I'm working on an album with Rob, and a script with Mike. So I've been busy, yeah...but it was nice to take time to smell the seasonal flowers.
